Cat Ferguson is unstoppable! The young Briton won the 4th women’s edition of Binche-Chimay-Binche in front of the Austrian Christina Schweinberger (Fenix-Deceuninck) and the Finn Aniina Ahtosalo (Uno-X Mobility). In the paved, uphill final in the Belgian town, the junior world champion showed her power in the final straight, accelerating at 150 m and literally dropping all her opponents. Without a rival at 18, the young woman never ceases to impress even though she is still only an intern for Movistar. This success on Belgian soil is already the second professional for the Briton, winner of the first stage of theAG Tour de la Semois on September 20, while she will only have the status from January 2025. Counting her two world championship titles, Ferguson is undefeated in her last four outings, junior and professional combined. The crown jewels.
