Each year, the “Pink October” operation allows for widespread mobilization against breast cancer. Led by the Ruban Rose association at the national level, this is an operation to raise awareness of gynecological cancers. Several events are organized in Roubaix in October 2024
Pink October: Open Day at Roubaix CH
A open door of the women’s imaging center of the Hospital Center will be held on October 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Victor Provo Hospital (11/17 bd Lacordaire in Roubaix). Guided tours of this service will be organized and, if attendance permits, mammograms will be performed.
- Possibility of making a mammogram appointment or carrying out this examination on site, providing you with your doctor’s prescription or the screening letter from the CPAM
- Raising awareness of breast self-palpation gestures with the female bust
- Information on gynecological follow-up
