The procedure, in which she appears with three co-defendants, concerns her management of the insurance brokerage company BA&CO between January 30, 2014 and July 31, 2015, the day after the judicial liquidation of the company with liabilities estimated at nearly 2 .5 million euros.

In an interview with the regional daily Nice-Matin on Friday, she assured that she was only a “simple employee” of the company and that she gained nothing from the bankruptcy.
