the cracking of Bryan Battle with his middle fingers to the public

Victorious by knockout against the Frenchman Kevin Jousset, the American Bryan Battle provoked the public who responded with boos, whistles and insults.

Bryan Battle not only had Kevin Jousset as an opponent at UFC , but also the public at the Accor Arena in Bercy. Immediately after his victory by KO against the Frenchman in the second round, Saturday September 28, the American fighter turned to the public to give the fingers of honor. An attitude which obviously provoked a very hostile reaction from the spectators, who did not fail to boo and insult him copiously.

“I love you!”

This distrust, which began at the presentation, was accentuated during the interview in the cage after the result was announced. In response to the boos, Bryan Battle was even more provocative: “I love you, I love you! Keep booing me, I love you!”

“The more you boo me, the louder I am! I’m used to it! Keep going, nothing will stop me!”, he shouted into the microphone, glaring at the audience.

At 30 years old, “The Butcher” records the 12th victory of his UFC career. He was coming out of a no-contest fight after a finger in the eye against Ange Loosa. Before that, he had two wins in a row, first against AJ Fletcher then against Gabe Green. His last defeat dates back to December 2022, by unanimous decision against Rinat Fakhretdinov.
