Chris Paul & Wife’s Fashion Post Gets Dwyane Wade To React

San Antonio Spurs star Chris Paul and his philanthropist wife Jada Paul were in on Tuesday to join the Fashion Week. The couple attended the Louis Vuitton Menswear Fall/Winter 2025/26 show, hosted atCOCP3 the iconic Louvre.

Paul expressed his gratitude to the brand for their one-of-a-kind experience. He posted on Instagram a couple of pictures of him and his wife flaunting their outfits and mingling with other celebrities in front of the Louvre Pyramid.

“Had an incredible time at the Louis Vuitton show! Grateful to experience such an amazing show in Paris,” Paul said in his caption.

Among the many fans and celebrities who reacted to Chris Paul’s post was NBA legend Dwyane Wade, who is also a high fashion enthusiast and has been a guest in some fashion-centric events. D-Wade sent a comment containing three fire emojis to CP3’s post.

Paul and Wade’s friendship goes way back, as they have been seen vacationing together with their families during the offseason. Along with LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony, they form the hypothetical superteam dubbed the “Banana Boat Crew,” referencing the time they all went together for a vacation in 2015. While they never teamed up together in the NBA, they had the opportunity to win Olympic gold together in Beijing in 2008.

Aside from Chris Paul, Victor Wembanyama also attended the LV fashion show

Chris Paul was not in fact the only Spur in Paris. The entire Spurs team were in France to play a couple of games against the Indiana Pacers. Aside from Paul, Victor Wembanyama was also in attendance at the Louis Vuitton fashion show.

In an interview with French newspaper Le Monde, Wemby talked about his feelings about his NBA team playing in his home country,

“It’s a bit surreal to see my Spurs teammates here where I spent so much time,” Wemby said. “It’s a bit like two worlds colliding. For now, it’s going well. In any case, it’s really extremely pleasant. There is emotion.”

Wembanyama is currently the odds-on favorite to win the Defensive Player of the Year award, and Chris Paul has been influential in improving his already impressive basketball smarts. Meanwhile, CP3 has seen a dip in his scoring in his first season with the Spurs, but he is still a dependable playmaker, averaging 8.2 assists per game.

With a 19-22 record, the Spurs are currently 12th in the Western Conference. They could lead ahead of the Golden State Warriors, the Phoenix Suns, and the Minnesota Timberwolves with a couple of roster moves ahead of the trade deadline.
