The Saudi Al-Riyadiah newspaper revealed that Amr Al-Ashlam, the club doctor, explained that the Moroccan defender is suffering from a posterior muscle injury, as a result of which he needs a treatment program lasting five days.
The same source explained that Al-Yamiq’s injury had put Al-Wahda’s technical staff in front of the option of searching for an alternative before the Al-Hilal match, noting that Uruguayan Daniel Carreño, the team’s coach, focused significantly during the last training session on the defensive side.
It should be noted that Jawad Al-Yamiq suffered a strain in his back muscle during the confrontation with Al-Qadisiyah, last week.
