Lecomte (8) : The new captain had a huge match with a number of impressive saves or saves in front of Ben Seghir (2nd, 17th), Salisu (16th, 18th), Mouanga (42nd), Akliouche (45th), Magassa (73rd, 90th + 8) and Biereth (90th + 3). In his delivery, he is not clear on the goal from Kehrer's corner (32nd) and misses a restart which could have been dangerous (11th).

Tchato (6): In difficulty in the first half against Ben Seghir who made him see all the colors. It was a lot after the break like his team where we regularly saw him take his lane.

Mouanga (6): For his second professional match, the young central defender was often well placed to annihilate the Monegasque attacks apart from at the start of the match where he was eliminated by Ben Seghir (2nd). He was warned for a foul on Biereth (81st) before being replaced by Dzodic (89th)

Omeragic (7) : The boss is back in central defense with a huge match in the duels and the placement but also his self-sacrifice when he makes up for his mistake (21st). It is he who is in the pressing which brings the second goal of Tamari (82nd).

Sagnan (6) : He too was present in the fight and the duels like his decisive intervention (14th) or a counter on Camara (31st). It's not always fine but it gets the job done. He is beaten by Kehrer on the goal from a corner (32nd).

Sylla (5): Aligned as a left piston, we especially saw his offensive qualities with crosses which could have been decisive for Tamari (3rd) and Khazri (51st), dangerous headers (20th, 57th) and a wide shot (30th). Defensively, he was less bothered by an absent Akliouche. Replaced by Sainte-Luce (64th).

Chautard (5): In difficulty in the first half where he ran after the Monegasques far from the intervention distances. Better after the break when he finally recovered some balls and threw himself at everything that passed to repel the attacks.

With the ball, he was in difficulty. He was better at the start of the second half with more dynamism in his interventions, he deflected the ball with his head on Sylla's opportunity (57th). Replaced by Fayad (64th)

Savanier (7) : A very good match from Téji Savanier, often at the origin of Montpellier's best chances, like Khazri's two actions (36th, 51st). He knew how to alternate his team's strong and weak times by keeping the ball when necessary and then directing it. He was also present in the fight.

Tamari (7) : he left to the ovation of La Mosson after a remarkable performance punctuated by two goals. The first taking advantage of an unsteady pass from Ouattara (54th), the second on a service from Nordin where he hooked Magassa for a shot at the near post (83rd). A huge rush in stoppage time where his shot from above. It could have been even better with a missed recovery from a cross from Sylla (3rd) and a pass which should have been decisive for Khazri (36th). Replaced by Maamma (90th + 2).

Khazri (3) : He should have finished the match with two goals since he lost his duel with Majecki (36th) then on a cross from Sylla (51st). He also wrapped his shot too much after eliminating Salisu (24th). To his credit a good cross for Sylla (20th). Replaced by Nordin (64th) decisive on Tamari's second goal (82nd).
