Three liters of water a day, long-life food, a wind-up radio, flashlight, candles, blankets and an emergency whistle: that is what Dutch people should have at home in case a disaster breaks out, according to the national counter-terrorism coordinator NCTV.
How bad are we doing? Is the threat really that bad? And where exactly does the danger come from? Folia asked Floribert Baudet, special professor of Military History at the UvA.
