François Bayrou has barely entered the Hemicycle of the National Assembly on Tuesday afternoon when all the MoDem deputies rush to the Prime Minister to greet him before his general policy speech. Between the centrist and his troops, we happily kiss each other. The moment is important but the mood is light.
