Yssingeaux: the success of shared solidarity New Year’s Eve cannot be denied

Tuesday evening, the rural home of Yssingeaux buzzed with beautiful energies for the now traditional shared solidarity New Year's Eve.

The event, hosted by the Citoyens solidaires association spearheaded by Martine Prost, as well as Michaéla den Dulk from the Sarira association, was marked by the presence of many little elves who worked hard to ensure that everything went well.

Some 150 people took part in this cosmopolitan and intergenerational evening, the oldest of which was happily 93 years old.

In order to mix the participants, upon entry, each received a sticker with a known character, and had to find their partner (Tom had to find Jerry for example) before going, together, to have their portrait taken.

Everyone was invited to bring a dish of their own making, to help enrich a savory, sweet and copiously stocked buffet.

The evening was filled with sharing, games, music, singing, oud player, country music, DJ…

In short, all the ingredients were there to ensure a sparkling transition from 2024 to 2025!
