Tributes are multiplying after the death of Thierry Jacob, a sporting personality from . He was ill, aged 59. In a publication on Facebook, Natacha Bouchart, mayor of Calais, mentions “sad news. Thierry Jacob died last night, so young. Unfortunately, we knew he was suffering for a while”. The elected official promises a tribute at the start of the year to this former athlete.
