Anger is brewing in the stations metro Ilévia from the metropolis of Lille (North) this Tuesday, December 17, 2024. A new breakdown of the new autopilot has in fact led to theinterruption of traffic on line 1.
New breakdown of the Ilévia metro in Lille
Shortly after 8:30 a.m., the metro stopped, at a already very busy hour. At Hellemmes Town Hall station, anger was brewing. “It’s almost every day now, we’re tired of it,” Christine gets angry.
And Guillaume worries: “I'm on training this week, I'm going to arrive late: that doesn't really sound serious.”
Many users decided to turn back and try another means of transport, like Martial: “In any case, even if traffic resumes, there are so many people that I will still have to wait a good while.
Ilévia informed shortly before 9 a.m. that relay buses were deployed. At 9:40 a.m., recovery was estimated at 10:30 a.m.
