Andreas Skov Olsen’s celebration after his goal against Club Brugge was striking. The Dane made some silent gestures and seemed to want to give his critics a tit for tat. Hans Vanaken also sees that Skov Olsen sometimes has a hard time at Club Brugge.
The Dane has sometimes been criticized in recent weeks, but Vanaken has no doubt that he is one of the best players at Club Brugge. “There is no doubt about his qualities or talent. I always have the feeling that, even if he is in a bad position in the match, there will always be a moment in which he will show himself,” he said. Extra Time.
Yet the Dane is also a player with a manual, which Vanaken has also experienced. “It is sometimes difficult to read him,” Vanaken continues. “And sometimes we also wonder whether he likes to play Football. With the way he walks, it sometimes doesn’t seem that way. But if you can play football so well, then I think you should,” said Vanaken.
But Vanaken certainly does not want to say goodbye to Skov Olsen yet. “We just have to try to ensure that he is at his best and that his head is completely with us. Then he will be fine,” he concludes.
