Payment of court permits from the Court of Justice of Alagoas (TJAL) began through the BRBJus system. This milestone for the Alagoas Judiciary brings greater agility to payments, with advances in technology and security.

With the implementation of BRBJus at TJAL, all judicial units now have an integrated and modern system, which allows permits to be issued directly via Pix Judicial. This solution eliminates bureaucracy and significantly reduces payment processing time.

“Resources from judicial deposit accounts are instantly credited to accounts at other financial institutions, providing agility and convenience for citizens and lawyers. BRB is the only bank with a complete solution for using Pix Judicial, in all stages of managing judicial deposits”, explains Paulo Henrique Costa, president of BRB.

With a portfolio of judicial deposits that exceeds R$23 billion in operations carried out in several states, the institution reinforces its leadership in innovation in the financial sector.

BRBJus has already handled R$30.41 billion in judicial deposits since its implementation in 2021

The adoption of Pix Judicial also boosted specialization in providing services to the Judiciary. In addition to TJAL, the system operates in the payment of judicial deposits with the Courts of the Federal District (TJDF) and Bahia (TJBA). In Ceará (TJCE), the institution is responsible for managing court orders.

To consolidate its operations in Alagoas, banking correspondents will be opened in five municipalities in the state. The new units, located in Porto Calvo, Santana do Ipanema, Delmiro Gouveia, Penedo and União dos Palmares, begin operating this Tuesday (17), complementing the service of existing branches in Maceió and Arapiraca.
