Around 360 employees from judicial units across the state participated, this Monday (16), in online training on the BRB Jus system, which issues court permits for payment via pix. The system was implemented this Monday, in all districts of Alagoas.
The training was provided by the Banco de Brasília (BRB) team, in partnership with the Information Technology Directorate (Diati) of the Court of Justice of Alagoas (TJAL). The meeting was broadcast live on Intrajus.
On this occasion, employees were able to clarify their doubts and better understand how the BRB Jus system works.
Frequently asked questions
The director of Diati, Magno Vitório, began the training with the assistant judge of the Presidency, Rafael Casado, explaining how to access and understand the system, demonstrating the improvements and answering the most frequently asked questions.
“The transition of the system will allow for more practicality and comfort in access,” stated Magno. The director also presented the three BRB Jus profiles of magistrate, secretariat director and judicial technician and their respective functionalities.
Thiago Silva Cavalcante, representative of BRB, added information about productivity and the possibilities available through the transition to BRB.
“The system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, being offline for only 40 minutes a day, so it can be widely accessed to issue permits”, highlighted Thiago Silva.
The bank team was also available for questions and suggestions via email [email protected]. BRB has agencies in Maceió and Arapiraca and service stations in Porto Calvo, Santana do Ipanema, Delmiro Gouveia, Penedo and União dos Palmares.
