Miss France 2025: Miss Martinique, Angélique Angarni-Filopon, crowned
Miss France 2025 is and will remain Angélique Angarni-Filopon! The “eldest” candidate in this promotion was crowned the new French beauty queen at the end of a colorful and particularly spectacular ceremony. This year, the theme of the evening was “The Miss Ball” and the thirty regional representatives spared no effort to offer a show worthy of a cabaret! They presented breathtaking paintings, one of the misses going so far as to reproduce the iconic carry from the film Dirty Dancing they paraded in regional outfits, each more creative than the last, and impressed with their eloquence and freshness during the speeches.
If the thirty misses gave everything, it was Miss Martinique who came out on top and won the crown at the end of the night. During this already historic election, opinions were divided and the scores were very close. As with the election of Diane Leyre and Ève Gilles, it was the 100% female jury which tipped the scales in favor of Angélique Angarni-Filopon. According to the detailed results revealed by the justice commissioner in charge of the election of Miss France 2025, Maître Simonin, it was Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais who won the favor of the public, while Miss Martinique was the favorite of the 100% female jury.

In the first round (the passage from 15 candidates to the five finalists), the public put Miss Guadeloupe in the lead, followed by Miss Martinique then Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais. On the jury side, the ranking was slightly different since the favorite was then Miss Corsica, Miss Martinique is second while Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Miss Guadeloupe are ex aequo in third place.
In the second round, the public votes and the jury's rankings did not go in the same direction either. Miss Martinique rises to the top while Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais is only third in the ranking of the jury chaired by Sylvie Vartan, behind Miss Corsica, Stella Vangioni. For the public, Sabah Aïb takes first place in the ranking, ahead of Angélique Angarni-Filopon and Moïra André, Miss Guadeloupe.
Arriving at the top of both rounds in all votes, Angélique Angarni-Filopon therefore won the title of Miss France 2025 and offered Martinique its first beauty queen sash. Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais misses the crown by one point and therefore does not succeed her northern compatriot, Ève Gilles.
