“I integrated green screen-printed lycra scales and two dragons on the torso into the cutouts. The golden shoes recall the legs of Graoully and the yellow stone of Metz,” explains the 27-year-old young man based in Jarny.

For the record, it was Miss Ile-de-France's outfit which was awarded best regional costume, on the Moulin Rouge theme.
