This Thursday, as before each home meeting, Sébastien Calvet, Pepito Elhorga and Philippe Sella invited several former players to Armandie. Before the match against Aurillac, this evening at 7:30 p.m., the club welcomed Christophe Lamaison, Bernard Viviès and José Matéo.

“We feel that it is working well”
The three former players went to the corridors of Armandie to interact with the current squad. Bernard Viviès notably came to make the round trip for the day from Nîmes! “I find it quite rewarding. There are a lot of clubs where this link with the alumni is missing. I think that's quite a good thing. It makes me very happy in any case,” explains Bernard Viviès, delighted to have been invited.

“Everything I have known, the French team and the Brennus shields, is thanks to the SUA. We have a lot of foreign players who don't know Agen's past. Players are not necessarily aware of the titles. I find it good that several generations of players pass. It also pleases the veterans to see that we are trying to maintain the club at a good level. It’s a very good exchange between several generations. »
