Bomb alert in the Ruhr.
This Friday, the German tabloid Bild reveals new elements calling into question the identity and age of Youssoufa Moukoko, loaned by Dortmund to Nice this season. « Youssoufa Moukoko is not the biological son of my wife Marie Moukoko and myself. He was not born on November 20, 2004 in Yaoundé, Cameroonconfides the one who would in fact be the adoptive father of the player. He was actually born on July 19, 2000. We made him four years younger. Now, he was officially born on November 20, 2004. »
Investigations already carried out
According to the investigation carried out by the German media in Yaoundé, the attacker was actually called Youssoufa Mohamadou and was therefore born on July 19, 2000. These assertions were corroborated by documents discovered on site. Last disturbing element: the journalists of Bild discovered that Ousman Mohamadou, who would be the biological father, lived in a villa located 10 kilometers from the neighborhood where Moukouko grew up.
This is not the first time the Germany international's age has been questioned. As a reminder, he signed a contract with Nike at the age of 14, joining the U19s of Borussia Dortmund to become the youngest player to appear in the Youth League. At the time, investigations were carried out into his age, but the German Football Association (DFB) denied suspicions that the player was actually four years older than the age declared on his official documents.
If all this is true, Moukoko will no longer be eligible for the SNCF youth card from mid-July. Hard blow.
