This information, however, has not been confirmed by the presidential services.
A worthy comeback for Thomas Bach who handed over the Olympic order to Emmanuel Macron in “recognition of his unwavering support for the success of the Paris Olympic Games”on August 28, shortly before the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games at Place de la Concorde. The president of the International Olympic Committee was also invited by Emmanuel Macron to the reopening ceremony of Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, Saturday December 7.

The question of the 2030 Winter Olympics, which will be organized in the French Alps, should logically be raised on Friday during the ceremony.
