Further snowfall is expected in the coming hours in Drôme and Ardèche. “Disturbances are coming up from the South and will encounter cold air,” explains Rémi Voirin, forecaster at Météo-. “The yellow alert for snow and ice was activated at 10 a.m. this Friday morning. The first snowfall should be observed at midday this Friday, December 13. “From 1,000 meters of altitude in the Ardèche Cévennes, and from 700/800 m on the other reliefs of the department. In Drôme, Vercors and Diois will be affected by this snowfall. The forecaster specifies: “From 1 to 2 cm from 800 m; 5 cm from 1,000 m, and 10 to 15 cm from 1,400 m.
