For the first time since the triple indictment of Juan Branco for rape, four female victims of the lawyer confided in Liberation. Three of them believe they were raped after having ingested, voluntarily or not, chemical substances.
This is the case of one of the young women, aged 20 at the time, who filed a handrail in 2021. She had already indicated that she had taken an opiate, lamaline, with Juan Branco. Did Juan Branco drug his victims?
Two other victims honestly believe they were victims of chemical submission by Juan Branco. One of them tells the daily that the events took place in November 2017, after an evening at a club where he had bought her a drink. Also in 2017, another woman, 23 years old at the time, recruited to be her videographer during her legislative campaign, said she had been sexually assaulted. One evening, while they were talking after a day's work, the lawyer “put his hand in [sa] panties,” explains the young woman to Liberation. “I asked him to stop, he continued to touch my butt, I physically pushed him away. »
Juan Branco denies and intimidates the complainants
Another woman believes she was drugged without her knowledge by this man. She specifies that she attended him between 2018 and 2019, as “lovers”, “without owing anything to each other”. One evening, she joined him at a club and took “three sips” of a cocktail he had offered her. Afterwards, she doesn't remember anything. She simply remembers waking up in his bed, naked next to him, also naked.
