Are concerned: Vaucluse, Ardèche, Lozère, Cantal, Haute-Loire, Loire, Puy-de-Dôme, Saône-et-Loire and Jura.
“A few freezing fogs are possible near Berry and western Burgundy,” warned forecasters from the national meteorological agency, indicating that a “more favorable” development was hoped for. However, if the snow-ice alert should be interrupted from 10 a.m. this Friday morning, it will be active again from 3 p.m., according to the latest Météo-France bulletin.
Nationally, temperatures will remain below seasonal norms. The minimums will be between -3 and 3°C in the northern half, between 0 and 5°C in the South, with 7 and 10°C on the Mediterranean coast. Maximum values range from 2°C, near the northern borders, to 12°C locally in the South-West.
