This Thursday, December 12, 2024 on TF1, Alice is back for another evening. The opportunity to look back on the future of the series, after this finale broadcast two years earlier.

Marine Delterme et Jean-Michel Tinivelli are back this Thursday, December 12, 2024 on TF1 for a new evening rebroadcast of the series Alice Nevers . Marquand is investigating undercover possible horse doping at the Bonneville stud farm, owned by Prince Faycal, when he discovers the body of a young jockey, Yann Gautier.

The autopsy reveals that a fight was fatal to the jockey. Marquand suspects Wendy Bonneville, the trainer, of having fueled a rivalry between Yann and Chris Delaunay, the owner’s protégé, which would have fueled tensions within the stud.

Alice Nevers : one last success for their farewell

This double episode is the rebroadcast of the farewells of the series broadcast on TF1. During its first broadcast on February 10, 2022 in prime time, the soap opera captivated 5.58 million and 5.08 million viewers, respectively for the two parts. This finale then brought together 25.7% and 29.4% market share among those aged four and over, with remarkable performances: 35% audience share among 15/24 year olds.

Building on this success, TF1 had considered a return in the form of single episodes, like the series Research Section which has been using this format for several months. However, Marine Delterme had left doubts about a resumption of fiction.

Alice Nevers : a change in size

Marine Delterme had set certain conditions for considering a return. “ If we start again, we must be demanding and we must all agree. We started in 2002 and, after ten years, we completely changed the series by moving to 52 minutes and changing the entire cast. “, she confided during an interview. The rest of the series Alice Nevers therefore still seemed uncertain.

The answer to fans’ questions was finally given a few days ago: filming of the sequel began at the end of November 2024 on the Côte d’Azur. In this new plot, Alice Nevers and Marquand investigate a serial seducer whom they struggle to identify. This mystery weighed heavily on their relationship, to the point of causing their separation. However, the judge manages to unmask the criminal and seems ready to do anything to trap and arrest him, to the great dismay of Marquand.
