The announcement of his death this Thursday morning aroused great emotion in Meknassi circles, but also among all those who had the opportunity to meet him. Jouad Chami was also known for his strong community involvement, particularly with people with specific needs.
Born September 22, 1962, in Fez, Jaouad Chami obtained a degree in business administration from EAD Paris in 1986, and a postgraduate certificate in strategic management from EFG Paris in 2003. He was also a municipal councilor and prefectural, then elected member of the House of Representatives under the colors of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM). The deceased was also manager and co-shareholder of JAMC-Motors and president of the regional branch of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM).
