This Friday, December 6, Emmanuel Macron receives several political leaders ranging from the PS to the LR, while he must form a new government after the resignation of Michel Barnier.

The first secretary of the Socialist Party (PS) Olivier Faure said this Friday, December 6 on Info, ready to discuss with the Macronists and the right on the basis of “reciprocal concessions” with a view to the formation of a new government which would have a “fixed-term contract”.

“I see clearly that there is no absolute majority and that at some point we have to come and extract a certain number of decisions, in exchange for compromises and reciprocal concessions, this is the reason why I am ready to enter into discussions,” declared Olivier Faure.

He said he was ready to make “compromises on all subjects”, including pensions, and wanted Emmanuel Macron to appoint “a forerunner” who would organize this negotiation between political forces before appointing a Prime Minister. The boss of the PS must be received this Friday from noon at the Élysée by Emmanuel Macron.
