Everything blames Raphaëlle in Zack's attack
At the police station, Damien calls Martin who is returning from his morning run to send him the results of the blood sample that the latter asked him to analyze the day before. Damien tells him that the blood is Zack's.
After hanging up, Martin asks Raphaëlle where she was when Zack was attacked, revealing that he found the young man's blood in the trunk of his car. Raphaëlle claims that she was in her office, alone. She declares that she has not lent her car to anyone, then confides to her companion that she had made an appointment with Zack to speak to him but that he never came. Unfortunately, Martin is now forced to consider Raphaëlle as a suspect.
At the police station, Karim confirms to Martin that Raphaëlle did send a message to Zack a few hours before her attack. Despite everything, the Police Commander is convinced of his partner's innocence. To exonerate her, he insisted on following the procedure to the letter, in particular by organizing a search of her office.
At the Spoon, Raphaëlle explains the situation to Camille, Maud and Agnès. They are also convinced that she is innocent. Besides, Camille still suspects Simon of having attacked Zack. Agnès, for her part, reiterates her support for her lawyer.
At her office, Raphaëlle witnesses the search which reveals no traces of blood or assault. She repeats to her companion that Zack never came to his meeting. If Martin believes her, Raphaëlle nevertheless has the impression that he considers her guilty. The Police Commander emphasizes that he must simply follow the procedure to the letter.
For their part, Camille and Maud plan to go visit their grandfather, still in a coma. At the same time, Simon comes to see Camille. The latter insists that her sister stay close to her. Simon swears that he did not assault Zack, then admits that he has never loved a woman as intensely as Camille. He admits that their breakup is very difficult. Faced with his apologies, Camille thanks him for his sincerity. As soon as Simon leaves, Camille collapses into tears in her sister's arms.
Meanwhile, Nordine confirms to Martin Simon's alibi for the evening of Zack's attack. He spent the night with a woman he met on a dating app. Martin then wants to focus on the calls and emails from Raphaëlle's office in order to prove that the latter was there at the time of the attack.
-In the evening, after analyzing the GPS of Raphaëlle's car, Damien informs his superior that a route was recorded between the Perrauds' home and the cove where Zack was found at the time of his attack. If Martin remains convinced that his partner is innocent, Damien suggests that he take samples from her to remove any doubt.
So, on returning home, Raphaëlle discovers that her home has been searched. Martin tells him about what the police found in his GPS. Raphaëlle promises that it's not her. At the same time, a PTS technician highlights a trace of blood using luminol in the dining room. Martin has no other choice than to place Raphaëlle in police custody for attempted murder of Zack…
Aurore learns of William's upcoming return
At the police station, Sara prevents Aurore from calling her daughter back or answering her calls so that she can learn to give her more space.
When Manon learns that her mother ghosted her when she called her to come pick her up after her physiotherapy session, she decides to confront her about it. Aurore clears up the misunderstanding, explaining that she thought Manon and Nordine needed space.
In the evening, mother and daughter dine together at Spoon. Manon claims that she refused to go on vacation with her only because she can't go skiing and not because she wants to spend Christmas alone with Nordine.
Samuel then comes to greet them at their table, saying that he has just had a series of apartment visits. Indeed, he must find other accommodation since William returns to Sète for Christmas. Aurore then understands her daughter's shenanigans.
Victoire decides to trust destiny
At the villa, Aaron and Soraya encourage Victoire to go on her date with her high school sweetheart, Fred Lecomte. While she has no intention of going at all, Victoire finally lets herself be convinced.
So she goes to the Christmas market and waits for long hours at the Little Spoon. But no one comes. Victoire ends up returning and has dinner with Soraya at the villa. Both are disappointed that Fred didn't come. Soraya thinks that Victoire got the date wrong.
