The inter-union organization opposes the plan to increase the waiting period from one to three days in the public sector, the reduction in compensation for employees on sick leave and the announcement of the non-payment of a bonus, the guarantee individual purchasing power (Gipa) for 2024. The organizations are also calling for more resources for public services, job creation and salary increases.
