Michel Barnier's government is leaving, after the vote and adoption of the motion of censure tabled by the New Popular Front and supported by the National Rally. “I voted for this motion with seriousness, because I know that this moment is a difficult moment and that this worries the French a lot”underlines Olivier Faure, first secretary of the Socialist Party, guest on “20 Heures” on France 2, Wednesday December 4.

“We will now have to create the conditions for a new start”continues the socialist deputy for Seine-et-. “We cannot simply censor and consider that the work is done, censorship is not an end in itself”recalls Olivier Faure, for whom “the objective is to restart differently, (…) and to find new reasons for French people to hope in terms of purchasing power, access to care, education, transition ecological”.
