Thursday December 5
Arriving during the night, rain evacuates from the east of the region during the morning. Behind, the sky often remains overcast and a few drops are still possible. In the afternoon, intermittent rains appear again, particularly in Finistère and Morbihan. They are more scattered elsewhere but occur at one time or another in the afternoon.
In the evening, new rains, this time continuous, approach Finistère then cross the region during the night.
The wind is moderate to fairly strong with gusts of up to 60 km/h on the coasts, 40-50 km/h in the interior, from the southwest. It drops a notch in the afternoon, then blows again up to 60 km/h along the Atlantic coast in the late evening.
Temperatures are jumping compared to today. At sunrise, thermometers show 8 to 10°C near the eastern border of the region and further west already 11 to 14°C. The maximums are very mild for the season with 14 to 16°C, 16°C possible around the bay of Saint-Brieuc.
Tendency
Friday is divided between two disturbances. It takes place without any real notable precipitation. The deterioration of the night evacuates from the east in the morning with some light and residual precipitation. Some clearings are then possible during the day but the clouds are never very far away. At the end of the afternoon and evening, a new disturbance approaches Finistère then extends towards the east. Temperatures remain mild.
The night from Friday to Saturday is windy with winds close to gale on the coasts, 90 to 100 km/h are possible. The wind then shifts to the northwest and remains strong and turbulent all weekend on our coasts. Gusts accompany showers. These showers are more frequent near the coast and can be accompanied by thunder and sleet. On Sunday, the showers are expected to be less frequent and interspersed with beautiful sunny periods. Temperatures drop, it feels cold due to the sensitive wind. The maximums do not exceed 9 to 10°C on Saturday then 8 to 9°C on Sunday.
