The Anti-Violence Commission has proposed a fine of 5,000 euros and a ban on access to sports venues for a period of 12 months “to two local fans who uttered and made insults and gestures of a racist nature directed against the visiting player Lamine Yamal, a minor”, on the occasion of the Real Madrid-Barcelona match played at the Santiago Bernabeu on October 26th.

Likewise, a fine of 4,000 euros and the same prohibition time are proposed for two other supporters for similar acts “against several visiting players” and another one who, “once the match was over and in the vicinity of the stadium, violently assaulted two visiting fansone of them wearing a jersey of the visiting team”.

On the other hand, the amount of the proposal was reduced to 3,001 euros and 6 months “to a local fan who uttered serious insults directed against several visiting players”, and to another “local fan who interfered with the work of the Policerefused to identify himself, and insulted them”; and to 1,500 euros and 3 months “to two local fans who hindered the work of the police in the arrival area of the local team bus and in the vicinity of the stadium”.

Among the most serious economic sanctions proposed, there are 5 others of 4,000 Euros and 12 months of prohibition to supporters; two of them in the Osasuna-Betis clash and the remaining ones in the Leganes-Celta, Ceuta-Murcia and Deportivo La Coruna-Racing Santander matches.

As far as clubs are concerned, Rayo Vallecano and Malaga will be sanctioned with 4,000 euros “for deficiencies in the control measures for the access and permanence of spectators by not preventing the introduction of several cans of beer” in their respective matches against UD Las Palmas and Cartagena.

In addition, the match between Girona and Liverpool at the Montilivi stadium corresponding to the 6th round of the Champions League, to be played on December 10th, has been declared as high risk.
