With its subdued lighting, its keys vintage and a musical background of timeless classics, La Garçonnière invites you to discover and stroll. At the origin of this project: Olivier Grenier.
After 40 years selling electrical equipment, he discovered fashion by occasionally helping his partner Corine Belin, manager of Coco Vintage, a Lédonian institution.
This made him want to reinvent yourself professionally. “I found in this field a way to express my taste for details and things well done,” he says.
“After years on the road, I wanted to settle down but without losing this human connection, which I love. » It was then that the premises located at the Lecourbe gallery became available.
“We went all out! »
“We looked at the feasibility of it… and we went for it! » he says enthusiastically, going back behind the piano which serves as a counter.
And to cultivate this conviviality that he cherishes, Olivier perpetuates a habit dear to his heart: offer coffee to the first morning visitors, a nod to his years on construction sites.
The manager therefore takes great pleasure in guide its customers in their choiceshelping them find pieces that match their personality. “This type of men’s boutique exists in Paris or Lyon. So I said to myself: why not here, in the heart of Jura ? » The bet has barely been launched, there are already many curious people.
