Alcohol, luxury restaurants and strip clubs

The 56-year-old elected official was also accused of having used the bank cards made available to him as part of his multiple functions for purchases: cash withdrawals, alcohol, luxury restaurants like the George V in , strip club -tease… all for more than 280,000 euros. According to the court, the total damage was estimated at 370,000 euros.

At the hearing of his trial, on October 1, if Stéphane Haussoulier had admitted “negligence” on his part, he nevertheless refuted any “organized system”.
