The arrival of the French president, alongside a delegation of companies, is cemented around an important economic aspect, while the world's leading exporter of crude oil is struggling to implement its Vision 2030 plan, to face a future without oil. Energy, water, transport… this colossal project is a boon for French players. Both countries intend « strengthen significantly » their economic exchanges which are not « living up to common ambitions »underlines the Élysée. It's an understatement to say it.
