Indeed, in order to regulate the high demand, the diocese of Paris will launch, this Tuesday, December 3, a mobile application which will allow you to block a future time slot. Available on iOS and Android, its deployment is not yet known but could take place this Monday, at the end of the day, in the application stores. It is also possible to register directly online, on the official Notre-Dame website.

On the monument's website, it is specified that “the reservation system for masses open to the public during the inaugural week (December 8-15) will be available Tuesday, December 3, in the morning. Reservations for facilitated access to the cathedral (for entry on Monday December 9 from 3:30 p.m.) will open the day before, i.e. Saturday December 7.”

Especially since places are expensive: only a lucky few will be able to access the first Sunday evening slot, which, for logistical reasons, should last less than expected, from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. For the following week, slots will be open from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday 9 to Friday 13 December and from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December.
