Bun (3): he made a save on a header from Lacazette (28'), opposed him again in the second half once but suffered the three goals in the game without any real revolt, like his defense. Eight goals conceded in two matches, the period is cruel.
Pliers (5): Fofana was a percussion customer, and yet it was not he who suffered the most. He narrowly missed in the opposing camp to really come out honorably.
Bombito (2): he forgets Lacazette before being dropped by Benrahma on the first two Lyon goals, enough to put an unconvincing OL on the royal road.
Abdelmonem (2): he covered the offside on OL's second goal and found himself involved in the two other goals before the break due to too imprecise referrals. Mitigating circumstance unlike Bombito, he played left axis therefore on the wrong foot.
Today (4): not a gift for a first professional start, the 19 year old kid nevertheless did not deserve it. Rather diligent in the duel, he was thrown by Lacazette on the second goal. He found the space to project himself too (27') before being penalized with one hand for the penalty of shame at the end of the match. He gave way to Doumbouya (73') so that he could also discover the professional world.
Boudaoui (3): he made a good breakthrough with the ball but made more mistakes and bad choices throughout the rest of the game. He's in tough times, like his team right now. Replaced by Camara (83').
Rosario (3): he wanted to make an impact in the middle to make people forget his blunders in the Europa League, which was still a failure. His performance also remained neutral in the use of the ball.
Ndombele (4): in his first half hour of high flying, he confiscated the ball and stole a kidney from Veretout (19'). But he also loses the ball which brings the second goal and doesn't make a big effort at the loss either. He pretends to have a shirt pull when he fails to extend Nanjou's cross into the empty goal, but without a referee, it's difficult to get anything done (59'). Replaced by Laborde (73').
For (7): without the video refereeing and the leniency of Mr. Dechepy, he would have achieved two assists in the form of copy and paste. Stirring, just technically, he martyred Niakhaté and Caleta-Car but was stopped in his tracks by yet another injury. Hit by a gross foul by Caleta-Car, he had to give way to Bouanani (score = 4) in added time of the first period. Highlighted by his magnificent free kick on Thursday, he was much more discreet this time.
Guessand (5): he should have had one more goal on the clock this morning, or even two with a penalty that he should have obtained for a foul by Caleta-Car (well, him again!). He was not always inspired with the ball, procrastinating too much before striking, particularly in the second half.
Diop (5): he scored his 3rd goal of the season on the surface. If he contributed to the best sequences of conservation in the Lyon camp, he also lacked aggressiveness in the dismissal of Abdelmonem which benefited Veretout for the 3-1. Replaced by Ilie (84') who we had not seen in an official match this season.
