Under the leadership of Benjamin Fournier, work-study communications manager who knows the problem very well since he himself suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, the Leclerc Center and its Cultural Space organized their third Telethon on Saturday.
Activities around disability
The goal was of course to raise funds for medical research but also to raise awareness of the experiences of people with disabilities. This is how CS Sanvignes came to present, in the morning, a blind football session which allowed those who took the risk to see that the practice was not obvious.
In addition, several activities were offered around dance with Stars dance creusotines, Delph's Angels and Nilda Dance. Without forgetting, for the spectacular side, two performances by the Étoile gymnastique de Sanvignes and the Gus Circus. Furthermore, the singer Christ Elle lit up the day with her magnificent voice, while the children received balloon sculptures or had temporary tattoos engraved.
Finally, a lottery allowed the lucky ones to win small prizes or to taste the delicious brioche that had been prepared by the house's pastry chefs.
