Andorra has chosen not to join the European Union and is regularly considered as a paradis
fiscal. But in terms of remuneration, things are slightly different compared to France. So, “the average salary contributed to Andorran Social Security (CASS) was 2,199.11 euros” according to figures put forward by the specialized site Andorra Services.
In France, according to INSEE, “in 2022, employees in the private sector earn on average 2,630 euros net per month in full-time equivalent (i.e. for a volume of work corresponding to full time).” It is therefore possible to see that the level of salary remuneration is not higher. Moreover, the minimum wage is also lower than in France.
