A particularly stormy session. The vice-president of the National Assembly Naïma Moutchou accuses LFI deputy Manuel Bompard of having insulted her, Thursday, November 28, during the examination of the bill aimed at repealing the pension reform. “During a session suspension, Manuel Bompard threw the following in my face several times: 'You're going to pay for it, you're going to pay for what you're doing, you're complicit yes, you will pay that yes yes, including electorally'”says the Horizons du Val d'Oise MP in a press release published on X, Friday November 29.
The session of Thursday, November 28 was particularly agitated in the National Assembly, with deputies from the right and the center having tabled hundreds of amendments in order to prevent a vote on the repeal of the pension reform. The MoDem deputy Nicolas Turquois was also at the origin of a heated incident during these debates, requiring the intervention of bailiffs in order to avoid physical contact with deputies of the New Popular Front.
In her press release, Naïma Moutchou denounces, for her part, “personal pressure and intimidation” from LFI MP Manuel Bompard. “I confirm having indicated to Naïma Moutchou during a session suspension that she would have to take electoral responsibility for her participation in the organized blockage of the repeal of retirement at 64”replied the deputy from Marseille, on X, while denouncing a “false attack” and one “victimization approach”.
