The story in a few lines…
After several years of expatriation, Thomas Moreno (Niels Schneider) returns to the family farm.
His younger brother Mathieu died, leaving a son, Alexandre “Alex”, six years old, and his partner, Mona (Adele Exarchopoulos), which Thomas doesn't know. His father Michel (Patrick d'Assumcao), with whom relations have always been difficult, sold all the livestock on the farm. His mother Catherine (Helene Vincent) is dying in hospital.
Monawhen not caring for her son, works as a waitress in a nightclub.
In the heart of the countryside, Thomas will try to reconnect with his roots and build a new relationship with his family. But the past resurfaces and wounds do not heal easily.
