BANK PEKAO SA: Announcement of a break in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna and the content of resolutions adopted before the break

Bank Polska Kasa Dobrze Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank, convened on November 28, 2024 (“Extraordinary General Meeting”), has adopted a resolution to announce a break in the proceedings of the Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be resumed on December 19, 2024 year at 10:00 in the same place.

The resolutions that were adopted on November 28, 2024 until the break was announced are attached to this report.

During the Extraordinary General Meeting, no objections were raised to the minutes.
At the same time, the Bank informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting did not refrain from considering any of the items on the planned agenda.

Legal basis:
§ 19 section 1 point 5), 6), 7) and 9) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws . of 2018, item 757, as amended).
