If the Loiret returned to green alert for snow and ice on Friday afternoon, it was cold throughout the department (0° in Orléans, -2° in Montargis and Lorris, for example). And the night frosts made the roadway extremely slippery, disrupting the movement of cars and trains. Power outages were also observed again, while supermarkets had to throw away food products.
