Warm up your car, drive more slowly… In Yvelines, residents cope with the snow on Friday, November 22, to go to work.

In (Yvelines), a woman left early, Friday November 22 in the morning, to be sure to arrive at work on time. With the snow, she lets her car warm up for a few minutes before starting and drives slowly. Others rely on walking to start the day off right. “We’re not going to stop because there’s a little snow”assures a man. For municipal agents, the day started several hours ago. Their mission is to salt the accesses to the market to prevent slips.

The stalls will be less stocked, because many traders were unable to travel. “Only Benoît managed to come, the greengrocer. Otherwise, bakery, the other greengrocers, florist… Impossible to come this morning”explains Alexandre Carreira, fishmonger. Snowfall is still expected on Friday morning, which could cause further difficulties.
