After the snowfall this Thursday, traffic conditions are difficult this Friday morning on certain roads in Saône-et-Loire. Several axes are icy.
On the RCEA
On the RCEA, a refrigerated truck transporting vegetables lay down on the tracks going down from the Col des Baudots around 3 a.m., in the direction Le-Creusot-Chalon. The driver was injured and transported to Chalon-sur-Saône hospital. The road has been closed for several hours and vehicles are stuck behind the heavy goods vehicle.
A diversion has been put in place at the Jeanne-Rose roundabout in Montchanin and the prefecture even advises taking the RCEA between Paray-le-Monial and Mâcon for those wanting to join the A6 motorway.

From Bresse to Autunois
In the rest of the department, several sectors are delicate. The roads are slippery near Saint-Maurice-en-Rivière or Mervans for example, where a cyclo fell to the ground, as well as in Autunois. A pedestrian fell in Autun, requiring the intervention of firefighters.
