In the episode of More beautiful life, even more beautiful from Friday November 22, 2024available in streaming… At the police station, Anthony comes to file a complaint for assault and battery against Ulysse Kepler. Taken aback when he hears this name, Jean-Paul continues to take the complaint while trying to understand. Indeed, he sees Julie as an adult capable of making her own decisions and confronts Anthony with the situation. The latter describes Ulysses as a pathological seducer who wishes to exercise a form of control over Julie. He claims to have trusted the lawyer, with whom he was friends, to draw up their marriage contract and even changes a few details when he recounts the scene of the day before in order to demonize his competitor: “we were discussing Julie once again, it was very calm, when suddenly, running out of arguments, he lost his temper“. Jean-Paul decides to organize a confrontation between the two men.
More beautiful life in advance: Anthony tries to discredit Ulysses with Aya
At the Mistral, Anthony offers his help to Aya who installs the Christmas lights. Anthony continues his work to discredit Ulysses with the young woman who says she is surprised by this reaction as it is not the lawyer's type. The young man says that he saw Ulysses go into a tailspin several times during their studies. If Aya tries to avoid the conversation, Anthony insists by explaining to her that Ulysses is a false calm who stays within the family and in society but who, from time to time, breaks down. Towards the troublemaker who continues to push her best friend's brother, Aya is more direct: “It's none of my business and I have work to do“.
More beautiful life in advance: Vanessa Kepler loses a collaborator because of her son
Vanessa Kepler receives a colleague who demands to change lawyers for their cases. She has heard of Ulysses' fight and is wary of his potential future actions. While she categorically refuses to sideline her son, Vanessa Kepler firmly shows her collaborator that she would rather lose their project than give in to his demands. When she meets her son, Vanessa asks him to account. If he begins to claim that he is no longer 15 years old, Ulysses quickly understands that his actions are not without consequences for his mother's business and agrees to tell her what happened. Finally, Vanessa announces to Ulysse (played by Jérémy Charvet) that she is proud of him for having defended his family.
More beautiful life in advance: The confrontation goes wrong, Anthony pays a man to kill Ulysses
At the police station in the middle of a confrontation, Ulysse honestly answers Jean-Paul's questions: yes, he hit Anthony in the face after the latter threatened to want to have sexual fun with Ophélie in order to attack him. Anthony denies these comments and claims not to be interested in “this kind of women“. When Ulysses mentions Julie, whom he says he wants to protect from Anthony's influence, Jean-Paul brings up the fact that he slept with her. Not forgetting that he is, to a certain time, having fallen in love with Léa, Ulysses evokes the “slight bias” that the commander seems to have in his way of managing this confrontation – which Jean-Paul refutes. Since Ulysse refuses to continue until Jean-Paul hands over to a colleague, he decides to leave the confrontation, while insisting that he has the legal right to do so, and threatens Anthony: “You won't lose anything by waiting“. Leaving the police station, Anthony pays a man to beat Ulysses Kepler to death.
More beautiful life in advance: Eric takes Bahram out of custody and spares him expulsion
At the hospital, Blanche and Éric return to the latter's stroke when she receives a call from Bahram, held at the Mistral police station, who must receive emergency support as he risks being ordered to leave the territory. While Blanche calls the association's lawyer, Éric rushes to the police station to try to see Ariane. Despite Blanche's protests, Eric refuses to let his savior end up in a detention center.
At the police station, Ariane is reluctant to the idea of hijacking Bahram's ticket and releasing him incognito. She puts forward the law, which annoys Eric who did not hesitate to review his principles when his friend needed his help with Zoé. However, it is only when Eric reveals the real reasons for his devotion to Bahram that Ariane becomes aware of the situation and agrees to help him.
At the Pavillon des Fleurs, Bahram takes the time to thank Éric who confides in him a little about his past as a police officer. He advises him not to go out too much in the evening as the risk of being checked by a patrol is higher – advice that Bahram hears but cannot follow because of the deliveries which allow him to earn his living – and the neurosurgeon tells him ordered to return to hospital for observation.

Gabriel returns to the thief of his identity and tries to find an arrangement but the latter refuses to understand. The anger he continues to harbor towards Doctor Riva prevents him from seeing things from another angle. On disability and without a stable relationship because of this pain according to him, the usurper refuses the outstretched hand of Gabriel who wishes to direct him to psychological support. Believing that the only thing that can relieve him is the revenge he wreaks on Gabriel, the man affirms that he will never give up.

The two men talk about the Christmas Eve they hope to spend with their children and Thomas confides to his husband that his greatest gift would be to be rid of this situation.
