A second complaint has been filed against singer Slimane, confirmed’AFP this Tuesday, November 19. This time, one of the technicians on his tour accused him of sexual assault. This is the second accusation of this type targeting the singer of Versus.
A new complaint filed
The complaint for sexual assault was filed Monday, November 18 in Saint-Étienne, said the prosecution. She “was filed in the name of a technician from the show organized last December 17 at the Zénith de Saint-Étienne”specified the plaintiff's lawyer, Me Anne-Sophie Charrieras, confirming information from the newspaper The Parisian.

According to The Parisianthe facts would have taken place during a party backstage, after the concert at the Zénith in Saint-Etienne in December 2023. The singer would have approached the technician, telling him: “Say, you’re good. » To which he would have responded jokingly. The artist then allegedly sexually assaulted him in front of several people, some of whom filmed the scene.
“Slimane’s brother intervened to put an end to the sexual assault and ask the witnesses to delete the recordings made using their smartphones”said the lawyer.
A first complaint in October
Singer Slimane is already under investigation following accusations of sexual harassment. This first complainant, represented by the same lawyer, is another tour technician, who filed a complaint on October 28 for acts of sexual harassment during the same concert in Saint-Étienne. He claims to have received pornographic messages and videos. A preliminary investigation was opened on November 7 by the prosecution for “sexual harassment aggravated by the use of a digital or electronic medium”.
Mr. Charrieras indicated that his clients “do not wish to be publicized” et “consider themselves as whistleblowers so that these facts stop on the part of Slimane ».
His tour continues
Slimane, 35, is on tour for his “Cupid tour”. In May, he took fourth place in Eurovision with his song My love. Revealed by the show The Voice on TF1 which he won in 2016, he was at the top, during his duo with the singer Vitaa, in the album sales ranking in France in 2020 with their opus Versus.
