LIVE: Serbia misses the quarterfinals, the Danes are fatal again

Serbia attacked, but failed to score a goal in Leskovac and was left without a place in the quarterfinals of the League of Nations! As at the European Championship in Germany, Denmark fulfilled the competitive goal against the Eagles with a goalless draw.

Serbia will be playing for survival in the “A” division of the League of Nations, and the dream of reaching the quarter-finals has also taken away the possibility that the draw for the World Cup qualifiers will be held in the first hat.

Serbia missed many chances in Leskovac, had shots like rarely before, but the Danes also had opportunities. They showed once again that they know how to play for the result and it is no coincidence that they come out more satisfied every time they meet with the Eagles.

The quarter-final matches of the Nations League will be played on March 20 and 23, 2025, and the semi-finals and final in June.

There will also be matches for survival in the divisions in March, and unfortunately, Serbia will be there instead of Denmark.

Serbia coach Dragan Stojković, in relation to the match in Zurich, can count on stoppers Pavlović and Eraković, while Babić was injured after a careless start by Embol.

The tickets were sold out quickly, the match will be played in front of around 8,000 people.
