“Stop international agreements that bring in agriculture that we don’t want: Mercosur, uncapped Ukrainian exports, Chinese imports…” This Monday from 6:30 p.m., the Departmental Federation of Côte d’Ivoire Farmers’ Unions -d'Or (FDSEA 21) and the Young Farmers of Côte-d'Or (JA 21) organize a “fire of anger” in Dijon(1). The event is planned near the Dijon metropolis Olympic swimming pool, and the busy Dijon ring road. This “light communication action” was organized “in response to the SOS last January in Maconge”. As the demonstrators come without agricultural equipment, “there should be no disruption to road traffic in the department,” the unions clarified last Wednesday.

They also announced, “from December 9”, actions relating to “prices and income”.
