In the episode ofHere it all begins from Monday November 18, 2024, during Chef Armand's (Elsa Lunghini) class, Malik (Oscar Al Hafiane) and Mattéo (Louis Bouquet) have a lot of difficulty working as a pair. Mattéo lacks self-confidence, and Malik shows no patience. Rather than guiding him, as the boss asked him to do, he does everything for her. During the tasting, Clotilde realizes that Malik made the entire recipe and reprimands him. His role was to guide a first grader, not to make the recipe alone.
At the end of the class, Chef Armand asks Malik to stay and tightens his straps. If he is unable to supervise a less experienced student than himself, he will never be a good leader. Very confident, Malik begins to criticize Mattéo again. When he himself was a first year, he trusted his puck and went for it. Amused, Clotilde decides to test the famous “puck” that Malik talks about. She asks him to write a review of one of his new dishes. The exercise proves very difficult for the young man, who does not know whether or not he should point out the faults in his teacher's dish…
Coline has a crazy idea to save Angèle's farm
After spending the weekend avoiding Angèle (Ginnie Watson), Coline (Talina Boyaci) takes up her courage and goes to see her at the farm. She apologizes to him for her lie, explaining that she was very afraid to tell him that she was studying at the school where Rose (Vanessa Demouy) worked. Angèle recognizes that this does not make her happy, but she regrets that her daughter felt obliged to lie to her. What she wants is to flourish in her passion and become a great chef.
Although reassured, Coline worries what the farm will become without her. With the help of Bérénice, she calls all the agricultural high schools in the region to recruit an intern. Unfortunately, no one is available for several months… A little later, Coline learns from Gaspard (Maxym Anciaux) that the Institute's market gardener has died. This gives him an idea. What if his mother became the school's new supplier?
