Thomas Homan will be responsible in particular for implementing a policy of mass deportation, a central measure of Donald Trump's program. Throughout his campaign, the real estate mogul continued to increase his rhetoric against exiles, going so far as to accuse the Haitian community in the town of Springfield, Illinois, of
